Annual Membership Meeting and Board of Directors Election

The Annual Membership Meeting and Board of Directors Election will be held on March 26, 2024 at the Chamber office!
Please come and go at your convenience from 3:00-5:30pm to vote on the incoming directors. Light refreshments will be served!
New to this year! All business members will receive a complimentary business headshot for your personal use. Headshots will be taken on site at the Chamber office during the annual meeting from 3:00-5:30pm. No reservations are required.
All Hardin County Chamber of Commerce business members in good standing are eligible to vote. Good standing requires that members be current on their membership dues. Each business member of the Chamber is allowed one vote.
If you are unable to attend the Annual Membership Meeting to vote on the Board of Directors Election and you wish you appoint another member to vote on your behalf, please use the link below to print out your proxy form.
